You don’t necessarily need to place wood on every inch of your dining room ceiling – just placing a 4 x 6 foot wood panel above the dining table will provide a dramatic impact.

From mid-june to early september Dhaka gets intense rainfall. Even minor cracks or poor expansion joints on roof slab of building allows water to enter. Gypsum board is extremely sensitive to water. Serious leak can destroy gypsum ceiling within hours.
There are Two things protects from this. Firstly check roof slab before installing any type of False Ceiling. Repair any leaks before installing ceiling not after. Secondly use moisture resistant gypsum board (available from quality suppliers) for top floor apartment or any room that have had water infiltration before.

Dust Problem

The Dust Levels in Bangladesh Are Extremely High; particularly in locations where there is a lot of building work going on close by.

False Ceilings are very good at trapping dust on top of your whiteboard, which is great because you can’t even see it! However, you will occasionally have to clean your LED light fittings and ceiling lights.
